dings</a>\nAn inquiry into beginnings\, middles and endings Hosted by Anna
Springett and Pamela Fay\, this masterclass invites participants to a mor
ning of co-inquiry into the professional relationships we hold with our cl
ients. Every relationship has a shape: a beginning\, a middle\, and an end
ing. We often focus on what we do within that shape - the models\, tools\,
and techniques that we use - and pay less attention to how we are within
it. How do we come into a relationship\, and what part does the way we set
it up play in everything that follows? What do we notice in that first me
eting\, in the space between us and the other person? How are we present o
nce the relationship is under way\, and how do we bring it to a close in a
way that honours the needs of everyone involved? Anna and Pamela will eac
h bring a particular area of focus to the session\, using these as startin
g points for a shared exploration rather than a fixed agenda. As professio
nal supervisors\, we are both committed to hosting spaces for reflective p
ractice\, and that is very much the spirit of this session. Come ready to
think\, experience\, question\, and reflect. Bring your questions or a liv
e case you would like to think about together\, if that is useful to you.
Outcomes/Takeaways for participants: How we hold ourselves within our coac
hing relationships Awareness of beginnings\, middles and ends of relations
hips How to maximise your impact at each stage coaching relationship Oppor
tunity for reflective practice and peer coaching 2 Hours CPD Certificate C
