With a background in engineering, Brenda firmly believes that every problem is an opportunity to create a solution.

About me

Coaching is my second career, following a successful 12 years as a civil engineer in Australia. I realised that I wanted more of a work life balance, and for me that looked like moving to Spain to be closer to my family in Ireland (but still with sufficient sun!) and retraining as a coach, something I had been encorporating in my role as an engineer over the last 5 years. I'm passionate about people finding their joy and purpose in life, and being true to themselves. I'm all about making deliberate choices rather than being swept away on a journey that doesn't feel like your own. Life is too short not to live it truthfully.
