I've always been fascinated with Posttraumatic Growth and the distinct features and behaviours of life's thrivers, ever since studying Literature and Sociology for my BA Hons in 2011. I studied the role of metaphors in reauthoring for PTG for my MSc, in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, dissertation with the University in East London in 2021 and have since gone on to study Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. My coaching training journey started with Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness back on 2012 and having 26 years experience in adult education and effective communication gives me a unique insight into how to integrate the somatic, cognitive, and behavioural aspects of personal growth. I am accredited at Practitioner level and working towards Master Practitioner with over 450 hours of coaching to date.
My ideal client is one who is looking for answers about how they show up in the world and interact with the people around them. I am specifically interested in the People Pleasers with Avoidant Attachment strategies who want to be more effective in the way the communicate with others and themselves.
