I am a newly qualified Executive and Life Coach, working with organisations on succession planning and talent development, and with individuals for legacy building and progressing forward with the life they wish to live.

A background in human resource leadership, I have worked with multi-national organisations in developing countries, managed national programmes in Ireland, and led a social enterprise to success after several years of hardship.

I have an interest in organisational recovery, contingency planning for the 'what ifs' and 'whens', and enjoy working with organisations and individuals to be prepared for the long-term, to bring their vision to reality.
