I'm a career coach, passionate about supporting people’s career progression. I have gained considerable experience providing community-based career coaching and employment supports in the community/social enterprise sector.
During this time, I have worked with many people from diverse industries and backgrounds, who are looking to transition their careers into new sectors, return to work after a period of absence, explore options to have a better work/life balance, find employment that offers greater opportunity for progression or greater flexibility & autonomy.
In 2019, I founded Future Careers: Career Coaching and Mentoring, www.futurecareers.ie leveraging my experience in the community & social enterprise sector, a future focused space which has given me a unique understanding of the future of work and the importance of social inclusion and community in helping individuals re- imagine their careers.
My qualifications include, Executive Coach Adviser training with Coach Adviser, London, Higher Diploma in Coaching & Coaching Psychology, MA in Work & Organisational Behavior via University College Cork and QQI 6 Special purpose award in Training & Development. In addition, I am a member of the Association of Coaching and am a practitioner of two psychometric assessments Strengths Profile and EQ-i2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory).
Whether you are a person at the early stage of your career or have been in the workforce for many years, I want to support you to help tap into what is important to you, and to help you create a career plan that is built around your own unique knowledge, insight and goals
