Noreen is an Accredited Executive, Leadership and Career Coach & Mentor as well as an HR & Talent Consultant. She has coached and mentored Professionals at all levels across Financial Services, Legal & Professional Services, Public Sector and Not for Profit sectors. Having worked in HR and Recruitment for over 20 she has spent 10 years running a successful business and prior to that as a Training Specialist in a large financial services firm with over 2000 staff. She believes that everyone can flourish in their career and works with her clients both on an individual and a team level as a conduit for change.

She has worked as a voluntary Mentor with PWN (Professional Women’s Network) for the last 2 years mentoring female leaders across all sectors.
