The EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) is an internationally recognised accreditation that demonstrates that an individual practising as a professional mentor/coach has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in their practice. The EIA is relevant for anyone involved in mentoring/coaching, whether it is just one part of the role or a main function.

​The advantage of the EMCC’s accreditation process is that you can join and get accredited early on in your experience as a mentor/coach. As developments occur you can gain accreditation at higher levels reflecting growth, ability, and experience.

There are four accreditation levels, each with their respective level of experience and competency criteria.
