CCMI Team Coaching Certification - Foundation Level

Professor David Clutterbuck is one of the original pioneers of coaching and mentoring and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. EMCC Master Practitioner, author of more than 70 books and visiting professor at four universities. David is practice lead for Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International Limited - a global network of researcher-trainer-consultants specialising in coaching and mentoring across 100+ countries.

This course is a bespoke version of the CCMI Team Coaching Foundation Level Programme specially design for EMCC Ireland.

Who is the course for? 

●  Professional coaches who are looking to expand their skill set outside of 1-2-1 coaching to include or transition to team coaching. 

●  Business leaders, line managers, team leaders who want to know more about how to coach teams effectively. 

●  HR Leaders and Professionals who want to help deliver a programme to support team coaching through their business 

What is needed to qualify for the course?

●  Have at least 1 year in a role associated with team development and 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring.

●  Be a practising 1-2-1 mentor/ coach, typically accredited at Foundation level or above; utilises some team concepts, theories and models to inform practice in their own team or with another team.

What is the course structure 

• 3 day face to face programme plus self-organised study

• Classroom with Group and Practical Sessions

• Coursework: Reflective Essay
