Neil is a trainer and coach with focus in the area of teams and communication, having previously spent 20 years in management in multinationals. He is a qualified Coach with EQi certification, and has a Masters in Training & Education.

Neil is also a professional improviser who blends improv techniques with traditional learning approaches to create unique development experiences for clients.
