We are delighted to announce that Professor David Clutterbuck is our speaker for our next online HotPot on Thursday January 12th.
You won't want to miss this HotPot and hear from one of the original pioneers of coaching and mentoring and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
David is acredited as EMCC Master Practitioner (EIA, ESIA & IPMA), he combines a wealth of research-based knowledge and experience offering a pragmatic, evidence-based approach to coaching, mentoring and talent management. He is the author of more than 70 books and visiting professor at four universities - Henley Business School, Oxford Brookes, Sheffield Hallam, York St John as well as visiting lecturer at various international universities. David is practice lead for Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International Limited - a global network of researcher-trainer-consultants specialising in coaching and mentoring across 100+ countries.
David’s current research interests include transitions towards coach maturity, the role of artificial intelligence in coaching, the ripple effect of mentoring and the democratisation / decolonisation of coaching. Among his many charitable projects is the ambition to create
five million school age coaches and mentors.
