Glenn draws on the work of Sandy Cotter, Kim James and Simon Baddeley to offer a reframe of the politics of organisations. Cotter developed a 5 step process to map out one’s political challenges. The delivery is experiential and interactive with demonstration of real life cases studies and application of the Cotter’s Five Lenses for Ethical Success.
