Hotpot 5: Supervision - Not Just a “Tick the Box” Exercise

This Coaching Hotpot will be hosted by Fabio Grassi.    Fabio will be joined by Marie Lord.  Together, Fabio and Marie will explore our Supervision Practice – what works, what can we do better.  This interactive session will provide a space of reflection for Coaches and Mentors.  Fabio and Marie will also share their wisdom on current practices and the future of Supervision.

Fabio Grassi believes in using the power of inspiring visions to pursue individual and organisational purpose. He loves to use creativity and innovative thinking to help individuals and groups to come together and build something meaningful. For the last 14 Years, Fabio has been an Executive Learning Director (IMI) designing, developing and delivering innovative organisational development programmes. He directs the IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching.

Marie Lord is a developmental coach and supervisor, specialising in transformational change, Marie has in excess of 2,500 coaching hours with corporate and private clients across multiple sectors. She founded Lord Associates in 2007 and leverages her international corporate background in global aviation to support her clients in developing high-trust collaborative cultures. Marie is a member of EMCC and Association for Coaching, and is on the AC Ireland Committee, responsible for Supervision & Professional Standards, and was the facilitator of AC Co-Coaching Dublin for several years. She is group supervisor with the IMI, Connect-a-Coach, winner of the ICF Ireland President's Award 2020.
