Vivienne Fay 

Vivienne is a Work and Organisational Behavioural Specialist with 20 years’ experience at a senior management level within the public Health Service, at both service delivery and corporate level, including nursing, operations and HR. She is passionate about the importance of effective people management and set up Irwin HR to provide advice, expertise and training to SME’s on HR and people management issues. She has experience managing large work forces, multidisciplinary teams, employee relations, recruitment, restructuring, managing change and performance management. She is an accredited executive coach and mediator. Her extensive education and practical experience allow her to support individuals and organisations to respond appropriately and to achieve better results through building positive change.
