We've all heard the fairytale 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears'. Did you know that Yale Neuroscientist, Professor Amy Arnsten likens part of our brain to Goldilocks?  It needs to have everything 'just right' in its chemical environment in order to function optimally. As coaches, we have experienced people who are disengaged and feel like they have lost their motivation, and others who are overcome with stress. During the session, Celine will explain the Goldilocks Model of the Prefrontal cortex and then walk us through a step-by-step exercise to help our Goldilocks brain find its 'just right'. You will get an opportunity to practice the exercise so that you are ready to use it with your clients
