Join EMCC Ireland for our October Hot Pot, featuring Sharon Ullah and Karen Coyle, joint leads of AIB’s Mentor Her programme.

This session will offer an inside look at how Mentor Her uses tailored mentoring, leadership development, peer support and alumni connection to help women build confidence, strengthen networks and turn greater self-awareness into purposeful career action.

Sharon and Karen will explore the origins and evolution of the programme, what supports effective one-to-one mentoring, and the role that trust, challenge, regular conversations and clear goals can play in strengthening mentoring relationships.

They’ll also share practical learning from the programme itself, including the importance of thoughtful matching, peer support, networking and alumni communities in sustaining engagement and impact.
