Ray is Chief Executive Officer of Xcentuate, the market leading provider of digital productivity and performance solutions to the Financial Services, Telco and Pharma sectors, enabling firms to optimise control and productivity, while building an engaged, enthused workforce.

I have over 30 years financial services experience spent developing and implementing customer centric business and technology change in a wide range of roles including IT, Strategy, Sales, Business Development and Customer Operations.

I'm a big believer in life-long learning and as well as being a member of the EMCC, I'm a certified ECR & ECR360 practitioner. I'm also a qualified Chartered Director (C Dir). I have an MSc in Business Administration from Trinity College and an MBS in Business Practice from University College Cork.

My personal mantra is “Make A Difference” and it’s a philosophy that has guided my professional and personal life. I'm an independent non-executive director of ChildVision, the only place in Ireland totally dedicated to the education and therapy needs of blind and multi-disabled children, and currently serve as Chair of its Finance Committee. A passionate sports fan, I'm a former Leinster and County Dublin Boxing Champion and remain a keen Dubs fan. I'm an enthusiastic warm water scuba diver and I've also hiked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
